1. An appointment is scheduled by phone or e-mail and we will come to your home.

2. After the client sees our catalogues, portfolio, and design idea books, specific preferences are discussed and reviewed. Window measurements will be taken at this time. Upon selection and confirmation of all design elements, the consultation comes to an end.

3. If you are happy with one of the proposed design, we prepare all the documents and you leave a security deposit with us. The client will be provided with a time frame in which the work will be completed.
